What you need to know?

  • Register and receive the Zoom link for the next scheduled session.

  • Come prepared and ready to practice -- each session begins with discussion (satsang), followed by practice (sadhana).

  • Any questions can be dropped in the chat box which will be discussed at the appropriate time in the session (usually towards the end).

  • If you are requiring additional resources to support your practice, please reach out. Grant has audio recordings/ video recordings which will be shared to aid you.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Jan Lais, Bodyworker

I met Grant online a few years ago and since then have attended several of his courses on yoga. We worked in depth with pranayama and Kriya breathwork . It's been a little over a year of daily practice and I can say that it has been moving a lot of energy. The daily practice has helped me identify a lot of karmic mechanisms, or loops of energy that have kept me "stuck". Some moments have been wonderful, others difficult, but I kept practicing daily and stuck to it. Grant helped me remember my connection, my faith in god and prayer. He is a great teacher and for me not being a "yogi" his approach is fresh and straightforward. I warmly recommend courses with Grant, you will learn a lot about what real sadhana is, what yoga is, and also about yourself.

Joanna, Digital Nomad

No matter how I experienced Grant, whether thru his online courses or music, he shares deeply rooted wisdom that lands right in my heart. I love his casual and responsive approach while diving deep and delivering teachings that expand my life. I’ve learned a lot and added mantras to my daily practices, now with more awareness, freeing my voice in the process, which has been my intention for the year. Grant, thank you for being such a great teacher and brother who inspires me greatly!

Kayleigh, Yoga Teacher

Practicing and learning from Grant has helped me in my life in countless ways. The breathwork and tools he shares are practical and transformational. They are simple enough to be picked up and translated into everyday, self practice and life. As someone with two kids and multiple jobs on my plate, this has been incredibly important and relieving through many phases and changes in my life. I’ve been to be consistently guided back to my self, my empowerment, and my ability to cultivate stillness and movement of energy through my being. These practices have helped me grow a deeper more balanced relationship to myself, others, and all of life around me.
