Whether you are a complete beginner, newcomer or a seasoned and returning practitioner, take this chance to drop in with the sangha and do some of the practices and methods facilitated by Grant.
This is not a workshop or course, so there will be minimal teaching provided but rather a general check-in and practice to keep the energy flowing for practitioners.
