VOICE: Foundations of Expression

This event is comrpised of two segments: theory and practice.

Key Objectives:

• Offer practices and tools to take home for the exploration of the VOICE to enhance one's connection to the subtle body
• Develop an understanding of what is meant by "sonic embodiment"
• Learn songs & the purpose of being a song carrier
• Learn how to wield the voice for leadership & authentic connection / intimacy -- the transmission of what is within to what is "outside"
• Reconnect to your vocal essence and in doing so, be better equipped at translating your inner world to your outer environment
• The key to authenticity and honesty -- YOUR VOICE!
• Introduction to prayer 
• Learn invocations that help to generate a sacred space for transformation and healing  
• Provide time and space for feeling and experiencing the Voice and how it lives in the body 

Projected Schedule:

10:30am - 1:00pm

Introduction to VOICE, invocations, overview of learning objectives, theory, principles, and practice

1:00-2:00pm

Vegetarian Lunch (included)

2:00-4:00pm 

Practices, songs and tools to take home 

Workshop ends at 4:00 PM.

OPTIONAL: stay for traditional Fire Ritual with Grant & Kayleigh
