This six-week online series is an opportunity to dive into the sacred world of chanting mantra to promote wellness, transformation, and spiritual evolution. 

We will discuss the mystical persective of chanting from a few different perspectives, including but not limited to the yogic path but also the shamanic path. 

Topics will explore: what is a mantra; how does mantra work; why should we chant mantras; how to use mantras effectively; how to develop the voice and what it means to develop the voice through this sort of work; exploration of different types of mantras and the sadhana behind them; story-telling of the different dieties behind the mantras; and more.

Each week will have a different mantra that we work with as a group so as to explore and conduct our own scientific experiment into the different energies available to us through this mystical world of sound and vibration. 

This is a deep dive into mantra and is useful for complete beginners who are interested in beginning a chant practice, or for those who have a pre-existing chant practice and want to go deeper.
